General Delivery ExpectationsPlease never assume delivery times quoted are guaranteed. This is an unrealistic expectation which we are unable to fulfil in every single scenario. Your delivery is in the hands of sub-contracted couriers from the moment your parcel is despatched. We are practically unable to take full responsibility for the journey it takes from our warehouse to its intended location.
Delivery times quoted are estimated. However, they accurately represent the vast majority of delivery times for parcels. A large number of parcels also arrive earlier than expected.
Whilst we will always work constructively with couriers and customers to address any issues as they arise, we cannot be held accountable if there are delays in delivery caused by the sub-contracted courier.
We respectfully ask that customers remain rational, reasonable and polite when communicating with our staff if parcels are delayed.

Rest of Europe
Customs charges now apply to all EU imports from the UK. All charges quoted below can be loosely considered to represent a delivery costs of around 60% of the total and customs charges of around 40%. We pay all customs charges on demand and on your behalf to ensure your parcel reaches you.

Current Status of Delivery
Customer orders are being processed and despatched as normal from our warehouse and fulfilment centres in the UK. We are currently maintaining a high standard of efficient delivery with very few delayed shipments.
We are currently shipping parcels mainly through Royal Mail with a small number via Evri. Every shipment is now tracked with either courier for reassurance.
Tracking & Updates
We no longer offer any untracked services.
You will always receive a tracking reference and courier link via email as soon as your order is despatched so that you can track it’s progress between our warehouse and your address. You will receive regular updates via email or SMS on the progress of your package as it makes it's way to you.
In rare instances, your order may need to be split into 2 or more shipments. In this scenario, you will not be expected to pay any extra, this is merely a logistics decision that we may make to get your items to you sooner than later. Vaper Store always covers the additional cost of sending you two parcels instead of one in this scenario.
From Monday until Friday, we do our best to process all orders placed before 3pm and dispatch these on the the same day. However, this is not always possible with high demand. If you order after 12pm, your order may sometimes be despatched the following day.
Please note that the delivery duration is calculated from the point of dispatch, rather than when the order was placed.

Age Verification & Delays in Despatch
Delays in verifying your age will naturally impact the despatch time of your order. We cannot legally despatch your order until you have verified your age. Please always verify your age promptly so that your order can be despatched as soon as possible.
Damage, Delays & Loss
Unfortunately, on rare occasions, parcels can be subject to delays, damage or loss. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible regarding delivery issues, as we will not be notified until the situation is brought to our attention.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive a parcel, we would kindly ask you to wait 7 days from the estimated delivery date before contacting us. Courier services can occasionally experience some unexpected delays, which unfortunately we do not have any control over.
